Scunthorpe Pride

Saturday 15th June 2024 we will be joining the Saturday morning Park Run at Central Park and we want you to join us.

If you don’t fancy joining the run, walk or jog then you could consider becoming a volunteer at the run on the day. Cheering at the sidelines.

Wear your most colourful outfits and pride colours. This is not a fundraiser, it’s purely for fun and to raise awareness of Scunthorpe Pride and get out into our community. Meeting new people and joining the large community of runners that take part each week.

What is Scunthorpe parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!

When is it?

Saturday 15th June at 9:00am.

Where is it?

The event takes place at Central Park, Scunthorpe, DN16 1AB. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing – it’s free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.

How fast do I have to be?

We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Park run Scunthorpe takes place every Saturday morning at 9am. But the pride hijack will take place on 15th June only.
