We want as many local businesses, workplaces, community groups, volunteers & performers to join our town centre pride walk parade. 2023 saw Scunthorpe’s first ever Pride event, we didn’t include a parade in our first year but for 2024 we want to fill the town centre with colour and cheer and include an on foot town centre parade walk.
We need enough submissions to proceed with parade licensing, if we don’t get enough, the parade will not go ahead, only the main pride event 12-7pm.
This will be an on foot parade on a route through the town centre (no roads) so we can’t accept vehicles or large floats.
Estimated parade start time 11:30am making it to the main pride event for 12pm/12:15pm.
Anyone that registers interest will be contacted in due course.

We won’t be charging to join the pride walk but any donation towards your space in our parade would be greatly appreciated. All donations go directly into Scunthorpe Pride.
