Attending a support group or social group can be beneficial to yours or someone else’s mental health. Just think, you pop along to a social or support group, make someone smile, have a conversation or just say Hi and it makes their day just that little bit more manageable or the week a little less lonely and lighter. So if you are thinking “That’s not for me, I don’t need to attend” ask yourself, can you help someone else?
