Where do I access Site?
Via the Carlton Street entrance. Carlton Street car park postcode is DN15 6UD. This will take you to the correct access road, you will see the main entrance to the Pride side at the end of this road.

Setup
Stall Setup time from 10am-11:45am (Anytime between these hours) You will be able to unload your car on site for setup but you must move your vehicle off site by 11am. See Car Parks further down the page.
Strictly No cars or moving traffic on site after 11:00am
Packing up
You will need to park close to site but will not be allowed on site with your car, we understand packing away and carrying your goods may be tricky so please ask a member of the team and we will get some volunteers to help. We recommend you bring a trolley or sack barrow. You will be able to move your car closer to the entrance for pack up but not on site due to pedestrians. If you require assistance packing up we should have volunteers available to help.
Maximum stall size: 3x3m (unless otherwise discussed)
Duration of main event: 12pm -9pm
Est. pack up time for stalls: Between 5-6pm.
If you paid for your stall/pitch you will have gazebo and trestle table. If you require an additional table please bring this with you. You will also need to provide your own chairs as we were unable to source these due to supplier issues.
Food Vendors must supply their own power and have appropriate risk assessments and insurance to cover. Food vendors can stay until 9pm if they wish.
Stalls may be required to submit a risk assessment, if you do not have one, please ask our Safety rep on the day (Emily).
Stall holders wishing to attend the V.I.P after party please let one of the team know on the day, this is first come basis and you will get free entry to the Black Door after party.
Parking:
Your closest car park for stall holders is Carlton Street behind UTC Engineering College. Parking is FREE all day.
Where is my stall located:
This is being decided this week as the team will be on site planning. You will have an allocated spot, we hope to let you know before you arrive but please bare with us. If you don’t hear from us just arrive at the main gate for setup and you will be directed to your pitch.
Hired Stall Info: Hired stalls will have side walls, 3x3m in size and are hired from the Scunthorpe Markets department. Chairs not provided.
