Thanks to your kind donations, some last minute sponsors and some essential funding news we are almost there, we have enough to go ahead! Costs are planned almost a year in advance, as we must know what the event costs before applying for funding, some acts are booked from Nov/Dec/Jan in advance and our stage, security, other vital elements and facilities too.
