PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS
Scunthorpe Pride reserves the right to cancel and refund any stall holder applications. We aim to give exclusivity around stalls e.g. one rainbow seller, one burger van, one ice cream etc.
No electricity will be provided for stalls unless expressly agreed in writing with the board. If you plan to bring your own generator this must also be agreed with the board beforehand and built into our event risk assessments.
Please note for safety of you and the public you will require sufficient gazebo weights or restraints, The Pride market is based on a grass area.
Pitch locations will be finalised one week before Pride. Whilst particular pitches can not be reserved, premium pitch holders will all be based in the main Pride arena. The board’s decision on pitch allocations will be taken on health and safety considering the flow of people, not on stall holder request.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY
Stallholders are not entitled to a refund for bad weather or their own booking cancellations, in some cases if you cancel within a 14 day cooling off period (from date of payment) then we will honour a refund.
Refunds are typically only offered if the event is cancelled by the organiser, but even then, the refund amount may be reduced to cover pre-event expenses. Please note all stalls fees contribute towards our charity putting on this free community event so if you do need to cancel without refund this will be classed as a donation.
