We want you to submit your articles, with your memories, your achievements and what you remember about growing up LGBTQ+ in Scunthorpe.

Maybe you organised, attended or heard of previous nights, maybe you know or remember an icon(s) that paved the way locally for our community. We want to hear from you.

We’ve put a few questions below to get you started. This is just a starting point, we want to do more documentation, we want more photos, more stories and more community participation.

As a millennial, I know what myself and my friends remember and we have such fond memories of the nights organised by others in the community and we hold a great gratitude and a fond respect towards those that did this for us. It later led to inspiring me to organise my own nights from around the age of 18/19.

We can’t wait to read all about your memories and the nights.
